Rachel & Bridgets visit

Day 1

Our first stop is out on the Azuero Peninsula, about 5 hours from our house, we are at Playa Venado. It is just gorgeous. Surfing lessons were in order for Bridget, Rachel and Andy. Jason is pretty good at surfing. The 1st two pics are of the condo we rented, then a half hour to the surfing playa.

They all went surfing and left me here with all this food that I cannot eat, they are so mean

Day 2

Was to Isla Iguana just outside of Pedasi. We took a water taxi for about 35 minutes. Colleen's wheelchair just fit. This is a provncial park with coral reefs for snorkeling. It  was low tide when we were there so we could not go over the coral but we still had a great time on a beautiful beach.

Day what ever

We went out to Mono Felize It is out on a penninsula that is shared with Costa Rica. If you seen video of Colleen or Bridget from past years this is the same place(See our blog, Collen and Monkeys). There are no roads to get there, you have to ride the beach at low tide and do some off roading to get there. The suburbans 4 wheeldrive went out and we got stuck but were able to make it home.

These are capuchin monkeys, there are also spider and howler monkeys here. They are all wild.

Well this is the best of my pictures, the girls face book albums have more. We had a great visit with them. I gained 5 pounds, had a hard time finding enough Panama beer to keep them going, but all is well and me and Colleen can get back to relaxing on the beach.
